Your Briquette trays are responsible for not only spreading the flame across your U burners. The briquettes then retain and radiate that heat. You do not use a briquette tray on the Prosear if your grill model has one of these burners.
Having these in good condition is essential for you to get evenly grilled food and eliminate hot spots. There are two trays sizes depending on your Sedona Model. (See Below)
