Natural to Propane Gas Conversion

Not sure if BBQ Depot wants me to advertise a successful natural gas to propane gas conversion, but I bought a natural gas Weber grill for $2k. I moved 6 months later to a home that only has propane. Instead of giving up my grill and buying a new one, I opted to try a conversion kit from a different source. It had me swap out the orifices which I did, but I found that my flame was not adjustable. So, after doing some research, some were saying you need to switch out the whole manifold... I took the chance, dropped the cash, and installed the new manifold in about 15 minutes. Wala! Now my grill has adjustable flames and I can now adjust my temperature to how the grill originally was intended. Fortunately, my grill had both natural and propane gas options before I bought it, so I was pretty confident that switching the manifold would solve the problem. BBQ Depot does not advise in doing this, but it worked for me. Good luck and happy grilling!
