had to modify to fit

The outer dimension (diameter) was a little large for the valved on my older charbroil grill and it would not seat. Used a bench grinder to thin them down and verified the seal once everything was re-assembled.

Perfect Fit and Soft to repair grill

Fixed Gas Leak

This gasket fit my 2007 Grand Turbo by Barbeques Galore. I replaced the gasket between each valve and the manifold which fixed small leaks at two locations. Very affordable repair.

Universal Valve Gaskets

The Universal Gaskets I bought appear to be correct and are working much better than the old ones.

However, I would still like some info and options on replacing the Flamethrower valve and the other 4 standard valves. I sent pictures and dimensions and have not heard anything back.

Gas

My 10 yr old built-in would not get hot anymore! after changing the regulator with no changes, I called the gas company. Apparently it had a leak in the manifold. This part put new life into my grill, and I will hopefully get another 10 years out of it! Not bad for $12!

These seals are identified as 19 mm but they're actually 1/2" diameter.
