Quality Product

The first parts I received I ordered were not what I ordered. I emailed BBQ Depot and they sent me the proper parts and a return label to return the wrong parts. The service is great and I will use them again if I need more parts.

too much of a good thing

The flame tamers were packaged well - none broken. We had ordered this item before and my husband thought they were packaged individually as they were the last time we ordered and did not read the description. Our fault! So he attempted to order 4. You only had three available, so he ordered the 3, We found out when they arrived that each order was for 6 flame tamers. So now we have a total of 18 flame tamers - which might outlive us! And it's far too expensive to ship them back.

wrong size

mainly my fault I should have looked at the demission more carefully I have the smaller ones for the no. P1751A part no. 12 plates can you cut ceramic tiles?
