Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return item(s), please confirm your item(s) return eligibility, and get started with the return process. Shipping charges apply*.

Simple Return Eligibility

  1. Unless final sale is stated on the product description items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
    Non Qualifying Items:
    • Some Grill Valves (Bull, Blaze, Summerset, more)
    • Manifolds (Weber, Lynx, DCS), Special Order Items and Gas Logs (and Log Burner Sets)
    • Custom Outdoor Kitchens and Custom Challenger Grill Carts
  2. Only items in their Original Unopened Packaging are eligible for a refund less original shipping costs. Factory sealed for Grilling and Outdoor Kitchen Equipment. Any product with gas fired through cannot be returned.
  3. All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Return Shipping Cost Info

  1. Shipping Fees Paid are not refundable. When "Free Shipping" is used, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Shipping the product back to The BBQ Depot will be paid by the customer, unless we made an error.
  3. For product exchanges, the cost for shipping on any new item(s) is paid by the customer.

Easy Return Process

  1. After ensuring you qualify (above), login to your account, select "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
  2. Receive your refund request approval with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  3. Mark your RMA clearly on the outside of the box and send item(s) to 5881 Pembroke Rd, Hollywood, FL 33023.

That's it! You'll receive your refund and a notification once we've received and processed the returned item.
