3. Great advise on which part to order - perfect fit

   Needed a replacement part for an older Lynx Grill and was not sure which replacement part to order. I sent in a question and it was answered very quickly and was able to order and receive the correct part that fits and works perfectly. Great customer service.

   seems to be better quality than original part. notch was slightly off as mentioned in another review but managed to fit it in without cutting. customer service & shipping very easy.

9. Notch was miscut, but I fixed it.

   The lady in Customer Service I spoke with was very helpful in guiding me to the correct screen for my size Lynx. Shipping was also prompt. The only issue was that the notch that was cut out for the igniter was positioned just a grid square or two to the left. The dimensions of the screen were perfect, though. I simply took a pair of wire cutters and nipped off the proper amount on the right side of the notch so that the screen would fit over the igniter. Still rating 5 stars - the screen quality, cust. svc. and shipping were great.

10. Better than the OEM part that was on my Lynx Grill

    Replacement part arrived on time, fit perfectly and appears to be much more substantial in construction than the original.
