Installation Instructions

Important: This installation requires caution and technical expertise. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed grill technician.

1. Disconnect gas and electrical supply. Make sure the unit is completely cool.
2. Remove the drip trays from beneath the griddle.
3. Warning: The griddle plate is extremely heavy and must be removed with extreme care. Do not use the kickstand. Lift and remove the griddle plate carefully.
4. Remove the existing burner by lifting from the back and pulling backward to disengage from the orifice.
5. Install the new 34866 burner, ensuring it seats properly over the gas valve orifice.
6. Reinstall the griddle surface and drip trays.
