Lynx grills offers a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel grill body, ceramic grill burners, cooking grates, trident burner and rotisserie infrared burner.  A limited 5 year warranty (free from defects in material and workmanship) on warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds and gas valves.  Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser.

1. Are ceramic burners durable? Do they break easily? Yes, ceramic burners are durable under high-heat cooking. However, they should be handled carefully to avoid cracking, especially during cleaning or installation.  With proper care, they can last many years. For peace of mind, Lynx also offers a limited lifetime warranty on the ceramic grill burners, excluding surface corrosion, scrapes and discoloration which occurs during normal use.

2. What are the benefits of all-ceramic burners compared to stainless steel or infrared burners? Ceramic burners have exceptional heat retention and distribute heat evenly. Compared to stainless steel burners that can rust over time, ceramic burners are rust-resistant and self-cleaning at high temperatures, so they’ll last longer.

3. What maintenance is required for ceramic burners and briquettes?  The ceramic burners in Lynx grills are low-maintenance because of their self-cleaning properties at high temperatures. However, they are fragile and should be handled carefully during cleaning or replacement. We recommend regularly inspecting for cracks and gently cleaning to help them last longer.  Ceramic briquettes should be cleaned routinely, brushing off food and debris after every cook.  It is also important to periodically inspect your briquettes and replace them if they show significant signs of cracks, wear or damage.
