1. Not as expected

   I bought these heat plates for my Kenmore grill based on the reviews which said how much better these were compared to original equipment. I had found a set of four online for $10 less than I paid for two of these but went with these because I wanted the best quality I could purchase. At almost $50, including tax and shipping, I was hoping this would fill my requirements. That is not my experience. These replacement heat shields are very flimsy and half the thickness of the originals. For the price, I expected much better. I don't know if BB Depot switched suppliers since the other reviews were written or if they have always carried these replacements for years. Just know that if you have heavy and sturdy heat plates, these will not be equivalent in quality. The only reason I am keeping them is that it is too much of a hassle to return them and they do not furnish a return shipping label if you are dissatisfied.

2. Better than original

   These stainless steel heat plates are not only an identical replacement for my Nexgrill, but look to be made of better material.

3. wow

   The heat plates being replaced are pieces of junk compared to these new ones. I am disappointed with Kenmore for not putting this quality of a product in the BBQ in the first place.
