Fan Broken, screws & washers out of motor.

When I opened the box and took the blower out I found that one of the plastic fan blades was broken. Four teeny tiny screws were also out of the motor. It looked like it might have been a return. Someone had taken the screws out of the motor causing it to loosen and the fan to hit the metal case. I took pictures and will send them to your email address if possible. I glued the blade back together and replaced the screws and it works.
