Fabulous product

Ordered over the phone. Arrived within about 2 weeks. Extremely well packaged. I was taking my chances given I'd not seen this product in person but am very happy with the outdoor kitchen and the grill. The kitchen is very attractive and quite sturdy, and so far, the Delta Heat grill is working well. The whole structure is easy to wipe down and I'm really liking the storage. The cabinet doors open and close nicely, and they've been water tight which was noticed after recent rain events. The only glitch was the shipper (Saia) didn't show during the first scheduled appointment time. I contacted BBQ Depot and they were very responsive about the issue. I was able to find the Saia number on caller ID, and while they didn't answer their phone over the weekend (we were supposed to receive product on Friday afternoon), they did answer the phone on Monday, and we received our outdoor kitchen about an hour after I called (though they never did call to advise us they were on their way or to confirm that we would be available for delivery on Monday). Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to order from BBQ Depot again, and I highly recommend the company based on my interaction with them.
