This aftermarket DCS grill burner is a perfect aftermarket fit for the OEM. It is made of high quality stainless steel and is manufactured in the USA. This "U" shaped burner has a center fed pipe that bends down at the back of the burner. So it does not lay flat. While the aftermarket is at a much more affordable price than the OEM, there may be a an installation issue where the burner may be slightly short, This is easily fixed by using a longer orifice 31800. The length in the orifice makes up for the slight difference in burner dimension.

**NOTE " Burner holes are not along the back side of the U like in the OEM**

Good Fit, works great

Went in, no problems. The ONLY difference is the lack of holes in the bend.

Despite that, you can't tell the difference cooking.

As good as OEM

Heavy gauge steel, fits like the original. I had ordered a set from Amazon that was much cheaper, <$100 for three, but the steel was far less thick and the tabs bent when I tried to insert them in the grill. Sent those back and bought these. Expensive but worth it.

BURNERS DID NOT FIT

THESE BURNERS WOULD NOT FIT. HAD TO ADJUST THEM TO MAKE THEM FIT, THEY WERE ABOUT 1/4" TO LONG. TOOK A COUPLE HOURS TO MODIFY THEM. SUPPORT BRACKETS HAD TO BE CUT DOWN ALSO.

Great Buy - Bought two no issues so far

Used this to replace my DCS burners which rusted out after about 9 years weekly use. The new burner is sturdy/heavy. Welds look ok. Installation takes one second and doesn't require tools. Air valve was preset for blue flames. Grill is cooking hotter than it has in a long time! Would buy again. Way cheaper than replacing a 4500 grill. Typically dislike cooking steak on gas grill and prefer charcoal, but with the new burner its about the same temp.
