Alfresco XE 24" Versa Power Built In Burner - AXEVP

Alfresco's Versa Power Cooking System is a step up from the standard Power Burner. It provides 400 to 65,000 BTUs of power for total heat control. The Versa Power burner it is the perfect complementary appliance to complete your outdoor kitchen.

The burners are uniquely high in the burner box for flames to effectively contact cookware.  This Versa Power performance burner has four levels to accommodate any cooking need: simmer to a delicate sauces at a low 400 BTU; the center burner adjusts from 400 to 20,000 BTU; the outer burner adjusts from 5,000 to 45,000 BTU; or utilize both burners to yield an unprecedented 65,000 BTU's.

• Install the optional pot filler next to Versa Power for convenient filling of large pots (sold separately, AXEVP-T10)
• Utilize the optional 3/16 inch. solid stainless steel plate with back and end splashes for true Japanese Teppanyaki cooking, or simply use as a breakfast griddle or plate warmer (sold separately, AXEVP-TG)
