When should you replace your trays?

Trays should be replaced when they have disintegrated and can no longer securely hold the briquettes. They are essential for evenly distributing heat across the cooking surface.

Do you have a 9 volt or AA Battery System? These trays were seen on grills with the 9 volt. If you have the AA battery ignition, you may need 510-0094. Check your OEM replacement number

  9. Vintage parts replacement

    Our outdoor “ kitchen” has a built in gas grill no longer manufactured. These stainless steel grids were the right size to replace the old disintegrated briquettes tray. We are very happy that we found comparable replacement parts to renew our grill.

  11. Alfresco Changed Hands

    Alfresco has been sold and the new company owners are not honoring the original Alfresco free replacement guarantee for this specific component. Disappointing considering what I paid for this grill. This does look like an excellent value and does appear to be manufactured according to the 'new' design. I have not yet bought these briquette trays but I am delighted with the aftermarket burners I bought from BBQ DEPOT. After 18 years of hard service, I am still enjoying my Alfresco grill but for me, their replacement part costs are on the high side- like VERY high.
