    The knobs were sent out right away, much better that what Weber was offering, a waiting list. I agree with others, these knobs need to be redesigned, but that's not BBQ Depot's issue, their service was excellent. The rating i gave was for them, not the knobs

    The Weber Summit 400/600 Set Of Two Main Burner Lighted Control Knobs (2012 And Newer) - 91538 are a very poorly designed product. The stems on two of the four knobs cracked. This is a very serious problem. Of course without working knobs, the Summit grill is just a boat anchor. For a grill in this price range, Weber should design a knob that works.
