Product Pics Misleading

Be aware that all three images of this product are incorrect. The actual part is a single piece of bent sheetmetal with holes in it. Even if you ignore that it doesn't come with the briquettes, it's not even a whole tray. While the description does call out that the briquettes are sold separately, it was not immediately obvious when quickly shopping for a replacement from my phone (as I was also tending steaks on the grille). The simple solution would seemingly be to put up the correct images, but they don't seem to think that is necessary. The customer service guy just wanted to argue with me about it instead, even though I wasn't asking for anything other than to put in another order to buy the correct part.
